Our Run club is not like any other.
While we keep you accountable, create a friendly and welcoming environment to help you enjoy running more and get better at it.
Our sessions will start with 30 minutes of Running coaching and drills with coach K. She will analyze your technique, make sure you’re not gonna hurt yourself due to poor mechanics and she’ll improve your running efficiency for longer, faster and more enjoyable runs.
After the first 30 minutes we will have 45-60 minutes of progressive running programming that will help you lose weight, get fitter and crush your next race!
About Coach K:
Coach K is our expert when it comes to Running and Endurance!
She specializes in corrective movement analysis and has a masters degree in Athletic Training.
She’s been working for over a decade rehabbing professional athletes and amateur fitness enthusiasts, as well as coaching at multiple levels, including CrossFit Classes, running clinics and functional training in a 1-on-1 setting
