Our Run club is not like any other.

While we keep you accountable, create a friendly and welcoming environment to help you enjoy running more and get better at it.

Our sessions will start with 30 minutes of Running coaching and drills with coach M. She will analyze your technique, make sure you’re not gonna hurt yourself due to poor mechanics and she’ll improve your running efficiency for longer, faster and more enjoyable runs.

After the first 30 minutes we will have 45-60 minutes of progressive running programming that will help you lose weight, get fitter and crush your next race!


About Coach Mahmoud:

Coach M has a ton of experience when it comes to running.

He spent almost 5 years on the youth track and field team and competed on the regional and national level. He is a level 3 Crossfit trainer and is currently working on getting certified as a US track and field level 1 coach.

Coach Mahmoud has a lot of experience competing in endurance events such as running 10k Trail races, half marathons, trail half marathons, marathons and plenty of HYROX races.
